We had all of the glass on our sunroom replaced which was quite a few heavy panes in which the 3 person crew came out and did an amazing job. These guys really did a great job with everything and left the glass panels without so much as a smudge. Thank you for such great work at a price that was very reasonable on the wallet.
What a pleasure working with the First Response Team. My husband was referred to them by the Mazda dealership last month, and from the very first phone call (thank you Mallory) the experience was outstanding. From arranging the service, to their persistence in getting the issue fixed, to the clear communication and final resolution, they succeeded where multiple other places could not. What had been a long and frustrating issue was finally resolved thanks to them. I cannot say enough good things about how amazing they are. If you need any help, do not hesitate to go to them. We will absolutely return if we ever need service again!
They stuck to their quote. They were replacing the rear window on an older vehicle with old parts that didn't want to be removed. Although it took longer to do the job and they needed a few extra parts to finish it, they stuck to their quote. Everything's back together and works good. I very much appreciate the job they did.
Amazing shop, great technicians and customer service. The team did amazing at getting my vehicle ready in a timely matter and most importantly taking care of my icbc paperwork.I noticed water (from the super heavy rain) coming from the floor vents, which I was worried was from my new windshield. With no hesitation the service desk had me booked in. Once I arrived the technician instantly pulled my vehicle into the shop and welcomed me to witness the leak test. This was super reassuring knowing it wasn’t my windshield and caused by a previous clogged drain.Overall great experience and I would recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks again!
Simone and Mallory were amazing staff who guided me with the process. I initially dealt with Simone over the phone then two days later in person to bring in my vehicle for paperwork and such.I was told in mid-March that the earliest available appointment was early May but was placed in the cancellation list in case an opening presents itself. I thought it was an April Fool's prank when Mallory called and said there's an opening the next day. I already took paid leave for a periodontal appointment which I cannot cancel or reschedule on short notice so I arranged my father to bring in my vehicle and use my credit card to pay for me.I don't know who dealt with my dad on the day of but he gave me a call and said was impressed with the job. I came by my parent's house much later in the evening after my chiropractic appointment (yes, I'm always running amok in the city!) and was very impressed with the window replacement.You wouldn't have known this vehicle had that large crack plus two sealed dings from pre-pandemic in those trips to Edmonton with the 4th ex-fiancé. So the windshield replacement is a blessing in disguise to remove the latent bad juju and start things anew. ??Highly recommended this place especially since they are a minute's drive from my parent's home. And complimentary wipers? What an unexpected bonus!
