Alanni was also there and she was a great help to show us detailed items with the product by using all the resource tools she had. After the windows & doors were installed Stephen came to the site to ensure everything was good and spent half day there just fine tuning using his knowledge to ensure windows were easy to open for our clients. My first Pella window purchase was in 1982, just one window for a kitchen renovation. My husband and I had seen Pella at The Home Show and were most impressed with the quality and features. The nearest location was at quite a distance, within Massachusetts, but in Athol I think, about 80 miles away. I happily drove out there for my window. In 1990 I replaced twenty-eight windows, all with Pella. Now in 2025 I needed one new window for a bathroom renovation. Staff at Pella's Hingham location were most helpful. I only needed one. Steve O'Brien treated my purchase with as much care and attention as if I were buying a houseful of windows. Delivery and installation were as promised, professional and on schedule. Thank you!

I would not recommend this business. I ordered a custom door in late Oct 2021. Due to covid, I was given and installation date of April 4th, no problem. On April 4th, the installer shows up, removes my current door frame etc. only to discover that they ordered the wrong door! They put the original frame (which is now cut) back on including my original storm door. When I called to understand next steps to correct the situation, they give me an installation date of another six weeks out. There was no attempt to return as soon as possible despite the fact that I have been waiting since Oct. In addition, I was told by Jim Leonard that a 5% discount was the max I would receive for their error...and it gets better...my original storm door (that I purchased through Lowes years prior) has now FALLEN OFF THE HINGES!!! I CALLED AGAIN, which is now 4 days later, AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE!!!! This is unacceptable! I went to Pella to avoid mishaps with a Lowes or Home Depot thinking I would receive professional top notch treatment and service and I have received neither despite my almost $10K purchase!!!! I will be contacting the attorney generals office. BEWARE...they aren't who you think they are!!!!
