Lovely experience working with Alexanian to install new engineered hardwood floors upstairs. Mannat at the store was very helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. Many different choices to choose from but ended up with a good product. Shamim and his team did an excellent job installing the floor in one and a half days. The work looks great. Friendly team and were very efficient. Thanks so much guys!
Having had an excellent experience with Alexanians in the past, I returned when it was time to replace my area rug. Ryan suggested clipping clothes pins to the hanging rugs that I was considering. Simple and easy. Ryan was very helpful bringing the rug in from another store as well as delivering it to me. I appreciate his professionalism.
We had an amazing experience with Alexanian Carpet and Flooring Team and salesman Arsim in Burlington. We were doing renovation in our house and we're looking for the place where great quality of hardwood and modern carpet can match a reasonable prices as well. After checking many stores, including Costco we found this beautiful place in Burlington. They have amazing varieties of great quality modern engineering hardwood and very stylish carpet. With Arsim advises and help we picked the most attractive, neutral color hardwood and carpet for our home. The reasonable prices are impressed us a lot!!! With Arsim help and advises our house looks amazing now and all renovation went even below our projected budget, which is hard to find in Canada !!! All team is great in this place and they have provided a very friendly atmosphere and it was a pleasure working with them and stopping at this place as many times as needed. We'll be returning to this store for all our other renovation needs !!
I am thrilled with our new carpet from Alexanian. Hasan was very knowledgable of the products and responsive. Installers were on-time and meticulous with the install. Alexanian even bound a small area rug for me using the leftover carpet.
