Our second experience with this location. Reynaldo was very knowledgeable and experienced with what our needs were. Following the Burlington flood of July '24, he has had quite a parade of people through his location with similar issues. We were not unique. Still he took the time to make sure our needs were met, took our order and withing 48hrs delivered the flooring right to our garage. Fantastic experience, we would highly recommend Reynaldo and My Floors Inc.

A BIG THANK YOU to Reynaldo and his crew!! My husband and I are very impressed with the excellent quality and service! We had our upstairs carpet removed and replaced it with luxury vinyl. Reynaldo took his time and was very patient with us explaining in detail the process involved and the various options available to us. Thankfully, we took his suggestion and the flooring fits our home décor perfectly. His crew also worked very hard and diligently and left our place very clean. We highly recommend Reynaldo at My Floors Inc.
