The first time I visited this store I was not impressed with the service/assistance. My second trip was much better, I was assisted by a different lady. I got a big sample...not the dinky little square sample most stores offer. The suggestion to buy an entire box was helpful as well. First time buying flooring I didn't want to purchase something and then not like it especially with my previous experience of the sample looking nothing like the actual flooring! Yikes. We will see how the whole box looks! I'm excited!
Great company, great people! They really check all the boxes from customer service to product availability and expert install crews. Beth in the showroom provided me with first class service on multiple occasions and was very helpful in guiding me through selection process with a beautiful hardwood and a quality, stain-resistant carpet both had a fair price. .
The absolute nicest employees you could ask for.They are Excellent in helping pick the perfect pieces to make your home at its best.I had the privilege to have Beth working with me for a small job from water damage and when I say my anxiety was swept away it was!If you need floors please do yourself a favor and go there before you buy anywhere else!
I went in looking for tile, Sharon and another lady I didn't catch her name, were very helpful and patient helping me look through several options. They helped me find a tile I love!All around a very good experience.Prices seem fair as well.
While I had a good experience with my flooring purchase, an installation issue with the quarter round caused the 3-star rating. I was initially so excited. The flooring itself looks good although there are a couple of areas I’m not pleased with but can live with. The quarter round installation was horribly done. There were huge gaps between the quarter round and the wall. I contacted my sales person, Sara, who attempted to make it right. Problem is it took a while to get it done (more than a month) and there are still areas that don’t look as they should. I’m disappointed that after having contacted Chattanooga Flooring twice with my issue (even showing them pictures of the shoddy workmanship) that no one even bothered to follow up to make sure the job was finally completed and satisfactorily so. A phone call would’ve sufficed to show they were concerned; that their service extends beyond a sale since they are accountable for the contractors they use. I wouldn’t tell anyone not to use Chattanooga Flooring because each experience is different. I’ll just say I have additional flooring I’d like done but am very hesitant due to my bad experience
