EDITED 4/20 (afternoon):
Will, the owner reached out to me very quickly, apologized for not following up and talked through options to make this right. I'll continue to update this thread but I wanted to bump up a star and edit this as I was very impressed with his quick response and willingness to take ownership of the lack of follow through.

I initially would have had a great review, Tom's was efficient and helpful. However, after several years with our floor I am compelled to leave this review. We did a total house renovation several years ago and had our entire downstairs redone with LVP. We rather quickly began having some issues- the planks were separating- and someone came out to "fix it". The problems continued. Over the past several months I have repeatedly called Tom's to ask about our issues. I know our floor is no longer under warranty, but I feel like a new floor install should last more than four years. I simply wanted someone to help me see what our options are. I was repeatedly asked to leave my info and someone would get back to me. No one ever did. I called again. I was asked to text photos (attaching some of these but they don't show all the places where there is buckling and give in the planks) and video of the issues and was told someone would follow up. No one ever did.
My best guess is that our floors weren't in a good condition for the install to even happen, but instead of the install crew telling us we needed to pay for fixes before they installed the floor, they just installed it anyway. We were relying on the expertise of others and because they didn't come through we are now dealing with the consequences.
I'm simply looking for someone at Tom's to back up their product and work and help me figure out what, if anything, we can do to resolve this (short of spending thousands on a new floor!). So far that hasn't happened.

I must give a shout out to everyone at Tom’s Carpet in East Ridge just near the Missionary Ridge.tunnels. After some water damage in my home I only needed to replace two bedrooms and a landing with carpet that I purchased from a different company, I did not have the name of the carpet nor an item number, I felt Overwhelmed, trying to match it, but! Almost immediately Charles was able to take my small sample and match the carpet perfectly!! He was also able to match the LVP that I needed for the bathroom. The experience was extremely smooth sailing! everyone there was most helpful and polite.
Installation was scheduled perfectly to fit my ongoing schedule of other work being done on site. The installers were most efficient and very considerate to take care of all of the furniture that needed to be moved! I cannot neglect to mention that I like to shop and compare , Toms prices are the best In town!
I will not hesitate to do business with them again, and you should not hesitate to visit them for all of your flooring needs! ??

We needed a couple small rugs & a runner for a hallway. Something simple but a little plush, without breaking the bank. Found what we needed from an awesome selection & Jody was great!

Had such a good experience we went back a week or so later for another rug since their prices were so great! Excellent quality, great variety to choose from, knowledgeable & friendly service (Thanks again Jody!), & with their prices & sales- we will definitely be back!

We bought flooring from Tom’s carpet around 5-6 years ago. The sales process was great! Excellent service on that part! However, they need credible installers. We had a guy named Adam who installed our floor. The first problem was… he installed our floor over an old vent that did not work but he did not put a support over the vent hole. We specifically asked him to do this. Our couch leg went through the floor. We had someone from Toms come out to look
at the problem. He asked us if a guy named Adam installed our floors. He said he knew his
“ work” when he saw it. Luckily our floor was under warranty so it was fixed. Fast forward a couple of years later…. our floor is bucking up and breaking apart. We will be going somewhere else to have our floors redone.

We recently replaced most of the flooring in our house and had a couple of good sized pieces of carpet left over.

We decided that we wanted to have those pieces bound to use a rugs at least for the short term.

I did some research and found that Tom’s carpet provided that service. I had considered doing it myself using some adhesive type binding products but found that Tom’s price was not much more than the other and having it done with a machine would be much better.

The people at Tom’s were very friendly and helpful. They did a good job of squaring up the pieces and they matched the color perfectly. The quality of the binding is very good. I would definitely recommend Tom’s.

And our cats are happy to have a soft place to chill out other than on the hard tile.
