Months later, the crew laid the tile in the house. It is perfect with the exception of the laundry room floor. I am not sure where the disconnect came in but the laundry room floor (white with blue designs) had a hideous glue type substance on it. It seems no one does a quality check before sending to house installation. Our builder sent a person out to try scraping with a razor blade and some goo remover. It didn't work. Finally, the crew came out with some industrial wax remover and fix the tile. Not sure why it wasn't caught prior to installation or during installation, but clearly the yellowish/orange sticky glue was visible to the naked eye.

They fixed it, so we gave them 5 stars.

I had the best experience here. The staff is extremely helpful in the job of deciding which tile would look best, and gave me fantastic options. My kitchen was taken to the next level at a fair price with my beautiful new tile.
