My contractor Mark Bauer with Gilbraltar contracting LLC sent us to carpet Gainesville plus to choose flooring and tiles for my new home. I worked with the best rep his name is Ben, he is so attentive and he takes the time to explain everything. He helped me make the purchases for my home and it was not stressful but fun. If you need someone to help you pick anything in the store go see him because he is the best. I will most definitely post pictures when the house is built.
Our family was really impressed with the quality work on the install of the new floors of our house! A+ job all around. Everyone at the company was very helpful, we got fair pricing for both labor and material, and most importantly, our installer Tommy was an experienced professional that went above and beyond for us and handled all of the details with care and vision. Honestly, Meh. The folks are nice, but the service is just ok. I should give them a 2, as I had to follow up multiple times on quotes, dates and installation. The installer returned 2 times. It was recommended by the salesperson to lay the carpet a certain direction, which it was not. The seam still shows and I have to live with it.The quote was sent to the wrong email address. I m\never received paperwork for the carpet details, such as manufacturer and warranty. Just a payment email.Will not complete the rest of my home with them.
We used Gainesville CarpetsPlus for two different jobs at our house. Our salesman (Matt) was so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Our first installer (Cesar and crew) did a great job. Our second installer (Glenn) was amazing! He was punctual, polite and is an expert on floor installation. We would highly recommend the company, salesman and installers!
