Building was comfortable and in great shape. Service was top notch as they met me at the door and quickly took me to the product. The staff loaded the cart and drove it to the front of the building for checkout. I'll definitely come back again to purchase materials and supplies. Prices were cheaper than other local competitors as well.
Savannah helped us after at least 3 other employees walked past me and my wife as we were deciding which flooring option was best. Savannah has a vast knowledge of wood flooring. If she didn’t know the answer, she said so. If she did know the answer, she was thorough and to the point. We were very impressed by her expertise as well as her kindness towards us.The flooring we purchased is lovely and the price was reasonable enough that we bought a little extra with ease, just in case. We went with Floor and Decor over other companies because our flooring installer suggested it. Glad we did.
David Asher and all the others especially the management team are amazing. This one of the few places the store manager is loading tiles wood boxes etc ECT and so many people jump to help, but the best part is not a single one works from commission. Most places are cramping things in your face cause they got to make ends meet too but not here you will be asked a gazillion times if you need help or assistance or even what project you are working on but take that time and their knowledge cause they are only there to help and make your project very unique, wonderful, lasting, and memorable.
Floor and Decor had everything I needed for a bathroom remodel. Joey was very kind and loaded heavy tile for me. Also Jared helped me process a return of some extra material
Huge selection to choose from. They are definitely more used to dealing with contractors than individuals but if you can be a little patient worth the trip. Be cautious on what you get because they frequently discontinue things or get new suppliers in. Buy more than you need so you'll have a backup in case of a problem.
