I had a great experience with this flooring company from start to finish. The team was professional, on time, and very respectful throughout the whole process. They helped me choose the perfect flooring for my home and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The installation was done quickly and the quality of work was amazing. When Henson’s owned this it was a great business. The new owners don’t take care of their customers. I had some problems with flooring put down. Took 5 weeks to get someone to look at it. It’s been 6 months and they avoided my calls. Gave up. Would highly suggest anywhere else. Upon posting this review John called me and apologized for this situation. He is working on fixing the problem and staying in touch with me to keep me updated. I think between buying the company and transferring former clients over some things got lost in the system. It seems that they are trying fix the system. I would definitely give a chance for new flooring and recommend them for their customer service. The flooring has been fixed! Thank you!

We stumbled upon Henson’s one day on our way home from another flooring store - and we are so glad we did! Steve was incredibly helpful and available for our flooring needs in our new build home.
