Professional staff on site were extremely efficient and knowledgeable as they replaced a small stained section of hardwood flooring. Because the original Bruce hardwood flooring had been discontinued, contractors insisted that ALL the hardwood flooring in that room and the two adjoining rooms had to be sanded & stained. The estimates ranged from approximately $10,000-$14,000.Manager Kameron listened well, communicated honestly and quickly and made scheduling a breeze. He spoke well of his staff and specialists.Johnson’s carpenters did an excellent job pulling up the old section of wood and subsequently matching both the stain color and the style (depth, width & length) of the original flooring. The transitions from the old floor to the new were flawless.We appreciated their problem-solving skills, expertise, timely attention and flexibility.

Excellent experience in store with the Salesperson. Took time to show us variety within our interest and budget, let us take our time, no pressure. He worked to find us cost savings. We had work done at two houses and he organized the Information so it was easy to understand and we felt confident about it. Communication from scheduler was lacking a bit, we didn’t hear from them before installation with an arrival time but ultimately everything was done timely. Installation went well, done earlier than projected. I was not home when they finished and my husband missed a couple areas that needed attention (properly tucked/secured sides on the rise of the stairway, one seam quite visible). Even though he signed off, when I call that next day they immediately honored their commitment to quality and sent someone out to make it right. A manager came out and was getting on the floor themselves to check that installation was properly done. It was fixed by the end of the next week.Since then we have revisited the store to inquire about what type of vacuum and the salesperson was helpful, friendly and attentive.I appreciate that the response from the company after purchase was as vigorous as if making a sale to new customers. We love the new carpet and it is holding up very well.
