Extremely happy I went with Molson for remodeling my staircase. Got quotes from a few places and they had very competitive price and Vanessa was a pleasure to deal with. She walked me through on the phone after I sent pictures of my existing stairs. She was very detailed and went through everything and explained what work was needed. She looked after the entire process and gave me a heads up on what to expect. After selecting the stain color to match new floors Master Zhao came and took measurements, made models of the stairs and landing pieces. I feel fortunate to have such a fine craftsman working on my stairs. The new strain came out amazing and new threads were cut close to perfection. He is a true master of his skills, very detailed in every step from sanding, staining, cutting installation, painting, caulking. We couldn't be more ecstatic with the result and will surely recommend them to our friends and family.

Vanessa helped me pick my hardwood flooring in September 2023. She was patient and professional, answering all my questions and explaining everything in detail. I went home to think about the order before placing it, and later called Vanessa to make the order. She was not pushy, and helped me process the order quickly. Excellent service, delivery was on time and products were great! After installation results were spectacular. Couldn’t be more happy. Was missing a box of the engineered hardwood after installation they went to the warehouse in missisauga to pick up right away so I can get it installed by the installer so I don’t needed to pay extra for the installations. Amazing service once again. Would definitely come back to get more when renovating the basement. Highly recommended location to purchase your for your projects. Thanks Molson Flooring.
