I first visited the showroom in 2024 to browse options, and after speaking with Mark I scheduled an estimate and received a quote within a few days. In November 2025, I came back to finalize and refine my plan for new flooring throughout my home and we picked up right where we left off. Mark was incredibly patient as I swapped products and adjusted line items to stay within my budget and keep everything on schedule. He even went the extra mile by coordinating a team to remove my old vanity and install a new one after the flooring was completed.

And my floors look AMAZING. The installation team put LVP throughout my home in a single day, and the end result is beautiful. Highly recommend The Floor Store. Very professional, responsive, and great quality work.

Easy to go see all the options at the store in Midlo & take samples home. Found what we wanted and we got it installed the following week. I’ll picture my stairs because i’m glad the squeaks are gone ?????

I had met Mark at The Floor Store for an earlier floor job where he introduced me to several new lines of LVP and I selected one that resembled white marble. This made the whole room brighter and the installer did such a beautiful job with the quarter round details. The whole room changed its ambiance. Mark helped me pick out this marble look and it has made such a difference. Later I moved and returned to discuss the floor replacement with Mark. He is such a patient listener, never the pushy salesperson. First he got an idea of what to focus on as far as the color and feel of the product that made me smile. Then he guided me toward conforming the product to my budget, and finally we landed on a match that checked all the boxes- color, texture, ambiance, budget, and happiness! Yes I would agree with most people that viewing the Floor Store flooring options on your own can make anyone dizzy. There are so many selections and even if you take a sample home, you might return it for three more…. this can become an overwhelming process for the intended buyer. That is where Mark comes in. He is quiet yet eager to help, offers a sample you had not realized should be considered, and suddenly Mark completes the puzzle to help you find The One! I will refer my friends to Mark. My nervous exploration in floor shopping was met with optimism, confidence, artistry, and a gentle reality check to update my home to the next level. The sales room is a beautiful selection of all different options. Mike and Mark were both very helpful in explaining the different types of flooring and allowed ample time to digest everything. They gave us samples to bring home and see how it matched up to other flooring into the 2 carpeted bedrooms. Gave us estimates for our choices. Also had ample trim selection and shared their expertise in choosing. Jason came to measure and he was super. Install was spot on, very precise, did an excellent job.
