Mark was exceptional! He helped me through the practical, technical & aesthetic aspects of my shower floor with cost and turn around time in mind. Highly recommend him & this store!

Thank you, Mark and The Floor Store! This was an excellent experience from beginning to end.
I first visited the showroom in 2024 to browse options, and after speaking with Mark I scheduled an estimate and received a quote within a few days. In November 2025, I came back to finalize and refine my plan for new flooring throughout my home and we picked up right where we left off. Mark was incredibly patient as I swapped products and adjusted line items to stay within my budget and keep everything on schedule. He even went the extra mile by coordinating a team to remove my old vanity and install a new one after the flooring was completed.
And my floors look AMAZING. The installation team put LVP throughout my home in a single day, and the end result is beautiful. Highly recommend The Floor Store. Very professional, responsive, and great quality work.

Shoutout to Rey Salmon, sales rep at the store, Chad & the install team with The Floor Store for getting us some fresh carpet in our upstairs! Easy to go see all the options at the store in Midlo & take samples home. Found what we wanted and we got it installed the following week. I’ll picture my stairs because i’m glad the squeaks are gone ?????
Give them a shout for your flooring needs
Thanks again, Rey & team
