What customers say
Several customers praise the staff's product knowledge and helpful service; a long-time buyer says personal service and product expertise have kept them returning for supply and tool purchases for nearly 30 years. One customer also reports being yelled and cursed at and says cove-base lengths were not ready, were cut incorrectly and came in two different colours.

When I lived in Vancouver and ran our business there we always used Economy floors for our flooring supplies. They're absolutely the best guys around, always helpful and super knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I was helped by a knowledgeable, friendly and patient staff last time I visit. Is a very interesting store that has a lot of character and all these flooring supplies you need. Coving, cap, sheet vinyl flooring etc.

For nearly 30 years now we’ve been buying our supplies and tools from Economy. It’s the personal friendly service and expertise in their products that has kept us coming back.

As a floor installer of 25 years, I’ve been to every floor supply shop around. And I have to say, this is my favourite place to buy flooring supplies. Locally family owned for decades, I go out of my way to go here. The prices are the best, their selection is good, the atmosphere is friendly, and they have a wealth of knowledge to help both experienced installers and DIYers make the best decisions. Highly recommended.

Worst experience ever! I just went to pick some cove base and got yelled and cursed by an older guy just because he was having bad day! Grow up buddy! I called ahead to order the lengths but he didn’t have it ready. When he has cutting it, he cut it wrong; then gave my two different colors; just a mess!! Never going back!! they just lost a big client and didn't seem to care at all!
