He called us personally, explained everything that needed to be fixed, and made sure we understood the repairs before moving forward. He was thorough and made sure everything was in perfect working order before finishing the job.This was for our rental property, and even though we’re states away, Austin made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’m am grateful this company trains their techs to help people fix things instead of making them replace completely. We were able to get our door fixed instead of replaced saving us a lot of money! My garage door was broken and my home warranty send this company to my house the guy name was Hayden was a scammer a dishonest person you'll ever meet my door roller was came out from the track and fell this Hayden give me a quote for $1,200 and my home warranty will not cover I told him Im gonna replace the door how much you think it gonna cost? He said Im not doing 1 opener I can only do 2 opener and it will be $12,000 I was shocked and take note he didn't even properly give me a quote he just threw that number to me verbally. But I will keep it running today for $1200 I don't know what to do Im frustrated already because it's cold and I've been waiting for them for 2 weeks before they came. So I agreed to do it. They left when it was done but when my husband closed it 2 rollers came off again I called them to come back and fix it and they did. But when Im about to leave for work I saw for the first time what work they done all the work they did will be replaced anyway whenever they replace my garage door and I realized I got Scammed. All the work he did probably cost me $300 max $500 and this is what the other companies came to give me a quote to replace my door they said the roller coat them $30 the cable $10. I was mad because I told this guy I would replace the door no matter what. He should have just told me to wait and until then door will be replaced. because they will change all of it anyway but instead he overpriced me. When I called to complain to their manager they didn't do anything about it and by the way Garage door Pro Plus installed a new door 2 opener for $2,630 what a big difference from his $12,000 and his manager's quote me $6,000 this people are scammers taking advantage of people I will not give this company a chance not even to give a quote I will attached proof Garage Door Pro Plus they did the work and how much he charged me this guy is amazing.
I had a great experience with Nick, the technician who installed my garage door. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. Nick quickly diagnosed the issue and took the time to explain exactly what was going on. I really appreciated that he also educated me on proper maintenance and what to watch for in the future to keep my garage door in good condition. He followed through on everything he said he would do and made good on all of it. On top of that, Nick was genuinely kind, humble, and easy to work with. It’s refreshing to work with someone who truly knows his craft and cares about doing the job right. I would highly recommend him.
Had #1 garage door replace the head on my existing system as well as fix my door top panel that was split. Collin was my tech and I am 100% satisfied with his work and professionalism. While he was here I had him replace the old rubber seal on the outside too! His communication on arrival and scheduling was great as well.
