We have been a vendor for Matt for years. It's always been a pleasure working with him. Super friendly guy and knows top notch quality in the home building industry.

As a Transaction Coordinator and full-time real estate agent with a large NoVa real estate brokerage, I can confidently say that Old Creek Homes does a phenomenal job from start to finish and sets a new bar for what I now expect from a builder. I've had the pleasure of being a part of dozens of new construction projects with Matt and his team at Old Creek Homes and it has been eye-opening for even me as someone who has sold countless new construction homes with various builders over the past 13 years. If you're in the market for a new construction home in the NoVa area, do yourself a favor and contact Old Creek Homes where they not only meet but actually exceeded your expectations of how the process should go for possibly one of the largest investments you'll make.

Matt and his team built our house in Alexandria and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was more than responsive, he walked us through every step of the process and worked with us to build the home that we had been dreaming of. We've been in the house for just over 2.5 years and have loved every minute of it.
I would highly recommend Old Creek Homes to anyone looking to build a home.

Matt was a pleasure to work with! He was very responsive, transparent, and it was obvious he worked very hard to make sure things happened on schedule with our build. I would highly recommend for others. He made the construction process so easy to handle.
