I have used Vale Construction for many big home projects and they are the best in the business. Doing contemporary, modern work takes a certain skill and Vale Construction is that company. Always on time, reliable and very good at what they do!

Vale Construction did an outstanding job preparing our Virginia home for listing. I invested over $30,000 in a wide range of projects—full interior painting, refinishing the main-level hardwood floors, repairing and stretching carpet upstairs, replacing doors, fixing drywall issues, touching up flooring and shower tile on the lower level, removing a doggie door and restoring both the interior wall and exterior siding, installing a dishwasher, repairing tile flooring, and updating bathroom faucet fixtures. Every part of the project was completed with excellent workmanship and zero issues. Their communication was consistent from start to finish, and they delivered everything within the expected timeline. It’s rare to find a company that can handle such a large scope of work this smoothly and professionally. Highly recommend Vale Construction for anyone needing reliable, high-quality home renovation or prep-for-sale work.

I’ve used Vale Construction twice. First time for a bath addition and most recently for a patio to screened porch conversion. Both times my experience has been the same. Timely work. An excellent courteous crew from drywall work to plumbing to electrical who can also find quick solutions to problems that always crop up with older homes. And finally a great finished product. I’ve recommended them to friends who have used them for kitchen finish upgrades and their experience too has been positive! They will remain my first choice for any remodeling work we plan in the future.

If I could give 7 stars to Alfredo & Alci Esquivel and their team from Vale Construction, I would. From our very first meeting I was struck by their professionalism, attention to detail and strong communication skills. I was given a clear line by line estimate and the costs did not waver from that initial outline. I continued to be impressed throughout our kitchen renovation project by the team's competence and reliability. They were done within 4 weeks, and any delays were due to unexpected delays of fridge and cabinet pull deliveries, at our end. Each and every member of the team Benjamin, Dimas, and Nelson, were proficient, and best of all unflappable. With any renovation there are unforeseen hiccups and they were addressed, thanks to Alfredo's calm demeanor, without any drama, or massive change order costs. As a friend said to me, it is rare to work on a project of this scope without misunderstandings and annoyances arising. Alfredo and Alci and their team are a true pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend them on their professionalism, price, clear communication, timeliness, and integrity.

Vale construction has done multiple projects for my home. If I have a future project I will def be back, and I will recommend Vale to others. If you’re looking for a contractor they are great! I have always held customer service to a high standard and price point is at that same standard. Each individual I communicated with was knowledgeable and always willing to address any concerns. The few questions or concerns I had were always addressed and the project was very close or spot on to the estimate. My only gripe, was the process for picking out material could be a bit better, but I had no issues with picking or providing what I wanted and Vale ran with the project.
