So far, it has been a pleasure to deal with Keystone and their representative realtor Joe Seamon. We were a little late moving down here from Massachusetts and Keystone put no pressure on us to move the process quicker. They were great to deal with in the home buying process.

Keystone Homes was amazing to work with!! They were very communicative, even on the weekends. They answered any question, no matter how small! During our orientation, they were very thorough and made us feel right at home! Big shout out to Jeff!

We had a great experience with Keystone. We initially had some concerns with the concrete and Darren the VP of construction offered to meet us and talk with us about our concerns. Kyle our builder was great. He listened to all of our concerns and made things right with the concerns we had. Overall we are very pleased with our build and the customer service with Keystone. Robyn the design studio manager was great as well. Communication between Kyle, Robyn and ourselves were top notch! We highly recommend Keystone homes!

James and I purchased our forever home in September 2025. The design is what we were looking for open concept, but not to open. The home structure is sturdy and yet modern. Run. I encourage all to run as fast as you can to anothe bulider. Their warranty is trash. We bought a house in 2024 from them and they assured us that we would have a year warranty on things in the house. Any concerns brought to their attention was quickly disregarded or excused away. Nail pops not their fault, poor drainage leading to rain bird issues, that's because you put up a fence and laid flowered fabric. Always passing the buck. I will never buy another house from Keystone Homes. Getting anyone to respond to the warranty claims was a joke as well. Took several tries and calls to get even the answers we did get. Totally bull.
