I like to tell everyone of my experience in buying my Jacobson home.
Greg Chauncey would cheerfully greet us when we made an appointment and even when we would drop in he immediately gave us his time. He helped us in making good decisions because he listened and knew what we wanted. He is a 10 star man in the business.

Britanny and Donna would come smiling out of thier office when we came through the front door. They gave a warm welcome feeling. They also gave us their time and patience explaining things. they went above and beyond with service. I give 10 stars to the Bradenton Group.

The three of them always returned phone calls promptly if I left a message. I also want to thank Dillon and Shane for their care and concern in helping us complete details that needed attention.

My wife and I had the best possible experience at Citrus Homes. We had been looking at different manufactured home providers in the Sarasota area and around Tampa and found that Citrus not only had the best models, but also was the only one that represented Jacobsen Homes which allowed custom designs. We worked with Greg Auen at Citrus from design through completion. We found that there were a few models on site with features from each that we liked, and Greg helped us incorporate the features of each home into our home. We also changed the floor plan by changing the location of the second bedroom and bath, expanding the master bedroom and living room, a porch on the front and back of the home (part of the home's frame), and more. In short, we touched on layout, cabinets, walls, ceilings, even the electrical circuit panel.

There's more!! The community where we placed our home had specific requirements for carports, driveway, sheds, and landscaping. Greg coordinated all of this with subcontractors that Citrus partners with while always in communication with us as to what was happening, how, and when.

My wife and I always felt Greg looked out for us during the whole process, and even after we moved in. Greg was very patient with us as he fielded a ton of questions throughout the process. Additionally, the entire Citrus team has been wonderful and supportive. This helped immensely as we did most of the design, coordination and communication from Wisconsin.

Our home last fall was destroyed by hurricanes Milton and Helene. We contacted Citrus homes to build a new home. We are so grateful to Citrus homes and ESPECIALLY our builder Shane Robson for an excellent positive experience. From start to finish and even after , Shane has guided us through the process and helped us design our dream home. In addition the staff at Safety Harbor where our model was located was also positive, friendly ,professional helpful with all our decisions and questions. Shane made the whole process easy. He answered EVERY call every Text and every question we had during the entire process. Citrus homes models are amazing and the quality of the construction has been exceptional. Our home is elevated so there was a lot of attention to detail on the construction to deal with and the foundation they constructed was amazing. We highly recommend Citrus Homes and Shane Robson to do an exceptional job building you new dream home. Our expectations were exceeded on every level. Finally our construction manager Dylan did an excellent job communicating with us at every step of construction. When we were able to close and move in the Citrus homes office manager Brittany went over every single detail of our new home, warranties and answered every question we had. When we had a minor issue upon moving in, Shane Robson jumped through hoops to get our issue resolved Quickly. This company is a TEN all day long at every level. I can't say enough about the experience I had with Citrus Meadowood Homes especially with my sales rep. Shane Robson-Smith. He was there for me from start to finish. He communicated with me every step of the way and is someone who actually picks up his phone if you call. Along with his team of Dylan, who also keeps you up to date on the process, and the subcontractors he was able to beat my crucial deadline by 2 months. The rating of 5 stars is not enough for the team at Citrus Meadowood Homes. I give them a 10!
