As first time home builders, it can be a little intimidating to not truly know what you are doing, but John and Tyan have a team member in place for every step along the journey. From Lindsey’s hospitality at initial meetings and answering all of our questions, Kingsley’s ability to bring your floor plan vision to life while honoring in budget, Holly’s incredible eye for design and sounding board for all of your ideas and best partner at all of my selection meetings, and Kyle’s efficiency to keep the project moving and weekly communication updates—it was a positive experience every step of the way! If any small hiccups came along the way, they were quick to resolve it. It’s evident their client’s satisfaction is top priority. The hardest part of the building process was saying goodbye to working with this team every day! And best of all, we LOVE our beautiful new home!
