The entire team was truly outstanding! Everyone provided exceptional customer service from Ryan, our real estate agent, to Bradley, the project manager, and Tori from the warranty department. Our home is absolutely stunning, and the builders paid incredible attention to detail, making it nearly perfect! What really stood out to us was how family-oriented this company is and how much they genuinely care about their clients. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!
Awesome staff
Recently bought and moved into a house in their Sage Meadow neighborhood. Ryan and Melissa were excellent to work with throughout the building process, and always warm and inviting and able to answer any question. Tori was wonderful with walking me through the warranties and other home essentials once the home was finished. Their builder, David, was also extremely helpful with any questions and provided great advice during my final walk-thru (and helped me out with shutting down everything during the freeze). After several months (and seasons) in my home, I have no complaints! My third-party inspector was very impressed with the quality of the home during his inspections, which definitely added to my peace of mind. If you are looking for a smaller, more custom builder, I cannot recommend NewPhase enough. And as seen by the photos, the home is cat-approved!
Great experience and amazing staff!
Our real estate agent asked us what we were looking for in a home and we responded that we wanted a larger kitchen (preferably with an island), a large living room, and a yard big enough to let the dogs run wild. The very first day we went looking, we arrived at their Marble Falls subdivision, the third stop of the day. The home was still under construction and it was about 2 months from being complete. There were a lot of things missing like grass, trim, paint, lighting and all of the other things that would fill in a home. Hannah and I were touring the home and we were stunned at how much house there was for the price. The modern home design and layout paired with a well naturally lit common area and a huge island made us start falling in love with the home. We immediately said we wanted it and we did not want it to go the very first day we saw it. We then met up with the friendly people at New Phase, Melissa & Ryan and they made it apparent that they were interested in having us customize the rest of the home to our preference! They made it very clear that their passion for building in BCS drives them and they wanted to make the first time buyer experience as simple and fun as possible. They did an amazing job in welcoming and guiding us through the process. After we closed on the house it was just surreal, The home looked amazing, it looked like we stole the house for the price that we purchased it for. Their designer did an excellent job with everything and paid close attention to the little details. Afterwords, there were a couple of things that needed to be taken care of, but we were afraid that since we closed on the home, there would be nothing else that can be done for us. Mind you, we thought that once we bought the home we are on our own. I shouldn't have assumed that at all because Steve and his team covered us and helped us with everything we needed taken care of. I can't stress how relieved we were with New Phase coming in and helping us even after we purchased the home. Steve made sure we felt at home and at ease that everything will be taken care of with the daily check ins and calling whoever needed to be called for a certain challenge. Spencer followed up after Steve and ensured that everything gets taken care of and came by almost daily to check on things and always gave us accurate ETAs of when things would get completed. Spencer and Steve did an amazing job to make us feel that we are not alone and they recognize how important this home was to us! NewPhase really knows their stuff and they are super friendly and helpful. Overall I'd say that if you were looking for a home, look no further than NewPhase, they will do whatever they can and more for you!
