A very deceitful and narcissistic establishment. Let me explain, my family and I were supposed to earn a home from them up to 2021 as a LEASE TO PURCHASE contract. But they LIED on the contract with misleading information and made us go through CHAOS from it all. We kept their house 2021 MOUNTAIN QIND LOOP up [maintaining the yards front and back, did no damage to "THEIR" house, and tried to inform on it all]. But the ESTABLISHMENT management and there BUILDERS are were rude, bias, and lack MODERATION when they were okay with us (or ANYONE) going to their office. Another example of PROFIT OVER PEOPLE [GREED].
I put earnest money down on a new home in North Country Estates. Oakwood misrepresented the square footage of the home and when we caught it, refused to lower the price to the going price per square foot telling me that I could afford it. I tried to get my earnest money back and they would not return it. They wound up holding the earnest money for over a year and then instead of us both losing it, split it with me. I would never buy another home from Oakwood. The owner is a hard-headed crook.
