We purchased our Ridgewood home in the Waterford Heights subdivision in College Station in December of 2022. We had some repairs that needed to be done on the home, and Ridgewood promptly set us up with the local contractor. Within 24 hours all of our needed repair were completed. This was well above and beyond the expectations for warranty work. I want to thank Thomas Pack, Cody, and all the team Ridgewood for completing these repairs in a very timely manner. We cannot recommend a company more highly than Ridgewood!
