We had an amazing experience with our new home build purchase. Sean and John were always available, presented everything for us timely, and answered all of our many questions. VThey were friendly and easy going which helped with the stress of a major purchase. They provided information for resources as well, for things that we will need to handle outside of the build. We have no complaints and would recommend to anyone looking to build a new home.
I worked with Damien and Sean out of the Bryan office. I was very impressed with the lack of high pressure sales attempts. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful during the purchase process. Things went smoothly thru the selection, planning, and sales process. I am excited as we move to the next steps. But I cannot thank Damien and Sean enough for the help and guidance!!! I will post again after the build completion.
Just finished the process of closing on a new home build with UBH at the Bryan location. I will be getting an Alpine Farmhouse built. Construction has not started yet so I can't speak on that portion. However, they made the whole process leading up to the stage I am at now, very simple. Damian and Sean were fantastic to work with. Whole process was a breeze. I also have a very busy schedule, and they catered to me for all of our meetings, scheduled on weekends when I had time.So far working with UBH Bryan location has been great.
My husband and I have been incredibly pleased with the working relationship we have established with Sean Tinney and the staff at UBH. The planning process has been seamless and smooth. Sean is accommodating, flexible, and open to our feedback and needs as a couple looking for a second home in the quiet town of Centerville. We have even gone as far as recommending UBH to our son who is wants to build his forever home.
My elderly grandparents were living in an older mobile home on a rural property that was in disrepair, we looked at repairs and considered getting a new mobile home but after price comparison it made the more sense to spend an extra 100K (instead of the 150K mobile home) to get an asset in place that would increase in value, instead of losing money on another mobile home.So we made a decision to put a new home on the property. UBH was the first company I reached out to, I felt very good leaving their office the first time. I checked with WGR and Tilson as well, they was nothing wrong with those companies, the people were very kind but as a person of faith, I just had a strong feeling of peace when visiting with sales staff in the Bryan office. So I went back in to the office a second time, picked the house and initial options, filled out paperwork same day and had approvals within the week. We went in a third time to pick all the options and sign final papers and that was it.I went into the office a total of three times overs 2 months, signed final paperwork in October 2023 and had a fully completed house by the last week of February 2024.We weren't planning on moving in until April, so my biggest complaint is that they finished building my house too quickly :)My grandfather (a former carpenter in his younger years) watched the work crews from his rocking chair every day and he was genuinely impressed with the speed and quality of work. The site superintendent was always a phone call away and texted me constant progress reports. The entire process was seamless and easy, everything promised was delivered. The sales team is efficient and honest, they understand the rural home building market and customer base and have a strong product line to accommodate those customers. They are not selling multi-million dollar custom Beverly Hills dream homes, and if that is what you are looking for they will be the first to tell you they are not be the right builder for you. The product they offer is quality, affordable and the design options are sensible while still being a bit fun. My grandma I so proud of her new house, I haven't seen her this happy in years, that alone was worth the money. BUT add to that there was literally zero stress added to my life, it really felt like all I did was sign papers one day and turn around and have a house the next.I got what I paid for, and then some, it was fair deal done with good people.
