Great builder to work with on a custom home build!! We looked at four other local home builders and KRM stood out as the best option for quality and design.
The KRM team was amazing. They were very easy to work with and had a clear timeline set from beginning to end in the entire process. The design team was knowledgeable. Our building superintendent was on top of things and made sure to communicate with us at the end of each week where things were in the process. We are very happy with our build!
Update:I hope so. 43 degrees in the bathroom linen is not right either. If this is addressed, I will update this review accordingly.As we approach the year end warranty, we continue to have issues with installation in our bathroom and two closets. They have sent people out here multiple times and yet have not addressed the issue correctly. I had an independent company come out and do an assessment. Let’s hope this is addressed before it becomes a legal matter. I guess it’s a good thing I’m very meticulous and documented every single thing. It’s pretty sad when you buy new construction and have to have a plastic bag on the bathroom ceiling of your exhaust vent for the 7th time and it’s still 41°. There’s a lot of open land next to me, and I would love to sing KRM and Tanzanite’s praises, however; things like this should make it difficult. These issues are causing me to miss work to be here when contractors come, losing money and heating and cooling costs, and a tremendous amount of aggravation.
