We had an excellent experience working with Mitchell. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality were truly impressive. Matt and Pam were highly communicative and always made sure we were informed throughout every stage of the project.

Working with Mitchell Homes has been a very good experience, and a ton of learning in the process, to include the negotiation, design choices, and now construction. We’re so excited to be getting ready to move into our new home very soon. A special shoutout to Freddie, Pam, Deborah and Aaron who have been incredible resources throughout the process always available with updates, answers, and clear communication. Their support has made a big difference in keeping everything on track. We truly appreciate the whole team!

Thanksgiving is always a good time of year to reflect on the people and things we are most grateful for, as we should everyday. Today it has been a little over a year since our dream became a reality, after 18 years of hard work and dreaming we moved into our home, our Mitchell Home.

We are so thankful to them for saving us time, money, headache and the heart breaking difficulty we had with our first builder that left us in the hole and in a major bind trying to build and move on. They truly saved us all this and more with their no money down contract option. If it weren't for that, I wouldn't be sitting in the comfort of our beautiful Mitchell Home writing this. Lon made our sales and customized options process a breeze (the man has so much patience)! Deborah in the office made sure things ran smoothly, and we finished up with Matt our super helpful final general contractor. They even worked around my beloved dogwoods in the front yard!

Did the whole process go seamless without a hitch? No, of course not, does life really? We didn't expect it to. Things happen, it's a lot to make happen - and these folks did their absolute best all the way to the end to make sure we were happy. Even when we ran into normal issues you might run into with any builder, Mr. Sleeme himself stood behind the work being done and made sure they came through for us. It has all been so worth it in the end!

My husband is quite the perfectionist and very stringent about quality. We are no strangers to construction and renovations, as we have done many over the years. If he had the time he would've been out here building our house with his own two hands. He was here on the scene nearly everyday after work, making sure all was going as expected. We truly consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have been able to work with Mitchell Homes and can honestly say, Mitchell Homes is a place we are proud to recommend to friends and family!
