Do Not Buy from these guys. I bought two investment homes from them and both of them have hvac and plumbing issues that we identified 2 years later and when I asked them on these issues since they were in warranty they just said not their problem and were rude when I called them. They have no quality inspection procedures and all of these issues were caused by their sub contractors who don’t give a shit for the buyer. Stay away stay away stay away..
Also the paint quality was so cheap and it is starting peel off in 2 years..

Keystone and Travis are a great combination in getting a dream home. Everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end. What a great neighborhood to be in. Travis definitely goes up and beyond the call of duty to make sure his clients are happy. Thanks for making everything happen so quickly and fishintly.
