Do Not Buy from these guys. I bought two investment homes from them and both of them have hvac and plumbing issues that we identified 2 years later and when I asked them on these issues since they were in warranty they just said not their problem and were rude when I called them. They have no quality inspection procedures and all of these issues were caused by their sub contractors who don’t give a shit for the buyer. Stay away stay away stay away..

Also the paint quality was so cheap and it is starting peel off in 2 years..

She went above and beyond to help us transition to Winston-Salem from out of state. Peggy is a WOW! 5-star person and I would highly recommend her. I've heard that from neighbors in our village as well.

As far as Keystone, I would've given them 4 stars because, in spite of Peggy's best efforts, they still haven't repaired the cracked sidewalk they promised to fix 4 months ago when we bought the house, nor a couple of other things they had on the list. We shouldn't have to chase them to fix these things. So I would give them 4 stars if not for Peggy. Still, the house seems well built and we're very happy living here.

I purchased a one level townhome in May 2025! I worked with Gena Harrill from day one until closing! She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I had lots of questions and Gena was very patient with me! I met the construction manager, Matt who was also very helpful and tolerated my numerous visits to the construction site!! Overall an outstanding experience! I love my beautiful new home!
