The Views at Rancho Cabrillo by Scott Communities

I want to talk about Robert the sales professional located at the Rancho Cabrillo by Scott Communities. My daughter my Grandson and myself walked in the sales office, scared of the unknown, nervous of buying a new build and truly not knowing any of the process. Robert stood up within a moment and greeted us with a warm smile and welcomed us in. He treated us so kind answered every question we had. My Grandson is 18 and Robert treated him with respect and as an adult as though he was there to buy a home. Which he was with us. Robert went through the entire process with all of us and held our hands through the complete build. We are so grateful for Robert. We knew every minute and time frame that was happening because of him. I understand reviews are to help the communities so others read them and run and buy a home BUT this review should be read and heard because you will not find a sales professional like Robert a Community like Scott Homes like this one. The Superintendent Eric started out strong, kind and helpful and to this day, 8 months later he is still answering questions with a smile on his face as though your his only customer, months later. Those 2 professionals as a team do not stop just because you committed to purchase a home, or closed on your home they still are there for us. We are in our new home now and have wonderful Neighbors.

Scott Communities seems very nice. I live just north in Rancho Cabrillo. Scott has built a very nice community park, it is a nice area but be warned. The lack of a traffic signals along Happy Valley. Particularly at El Granada, makes it hazardous leave for work or to take your kids to school. As one resident put it..It's like playing a real life Frogger. This intersection has been neglected for many years while the traffic along Happy Valley speeds along. This effects 132nd or Dysart too. There are only two ways in or out along Happy Valley. In the morning the sun is the eyes of the drivers along Happy Valley going east, and in the evening going west toward 163rd.
It been promised that something will be done possibly before 2027?
It's a nice community, but it's dangerous if you need to leave for Work, School or go to the store.

We moved into our forever home in Scott Communities a little over one year ago. We worked with Robert and Kalen and they are both extremely knowledgeable in all areas of buying and building a home. They are both very helpful, prompt and go above and beyond what we would have ever expected. During the building of our home, the construction zone was always cleaned up at the end of the day. That was another factor that I was impressed with. When we had our final walk thru, Kalen had some surprises for us that again went way above and beyond. He made sure we were happy with our home and the way we wanted certain things done. And finally with our one year warranty work, Kalen had the work orders very organized on the days and times we were available. It was all done in a very timely matter and he took care of everything and making sure everything was completed. Kalen is very personable, respectful and it has been our pleasure knowing him and working with him on our journey with our forever home.

Nothing but good things to say about our home buying experience and overall quality of our home at The Legends at Rancho Cabrillo. Kalen was our point of contact for all things warranty and maintenance related and any and all of our questions were answered and taken care of very quickly. 2+ years now in our home and it still feels like a new home every time we come home. Scott Communities exceeded our expectations for our first new home buying experience and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

Robert in the sales office is great as well with answering any questions you might have about purchasing a home at Scott Communities or any post purchase questions. The whole Scott Communities team is professional and top notch and would recommend them to any family or friend who is in the market for a new home.

We built a Scott Communities home in 2022 and had a great experience. We worked with Robert as our agent, Greg as our Superintendent, and Kent as our Assistance Superintendent. We just completed our 1 year walk through to report any potential repairs. I have to say, I am very impressed with this team. They are very professional and reasonable. We have never had a challenging/stressful experience with this team. They were great as we were building and we felt like we were in good hands. During the 1 year walk through, they accepted all of our reported issues and have been quick to schedule repairs. They even went above and beyond rectifying most items we reported. This is definitely a builder I would work with again, especially if they keep the same Superintendent team.
