Nice houses, away from town but surely the city will move out here and drive up properly value. My daughter and son in law bought one and I have been visiting for a week and they are really nice.
I have been looking at Starlight because I like their Eclipse plan. However I have noticed the prices for the houses are always listed wrong, much lower and then when you go to look they say it was a mistake and up the price. This has happened more than once. I have seen it happen on the listing sites and then recently at Bella Vista Farms, they had the model I wanted listed for 410990, in my price range. We went to look and were told it was 499,999. Showed them the listing as it was on sites all over the internet. Got home and they had relisted it at 499,999, but in some places it is 477990 and they told my relator 474,990. They are super shady on their tactics.
This builder will surprise you . No extra up charges for upgrades . They build you but it’s really that simple
