I absolutely love my home! I built in 2020 and to see the overall growth of the community with the new school, and business near by has made my decision to build a Stylecraft home all worth it for my growing family :)
Absolutely the worst builder I’ve ever dealt with. Stylecraft misrepresented how my lot would be used, dragged their feet on every response, and consistently failed to address issues that clearly needed fixing. The lack of honesty and accountability is unbelievable.Their communication is slow, their follow-through is nonexistent, and their customer service feels like an afterthought. After this experience, I will never work with Stylecraft again, and I strongly recommend others look elsewhere.
UPDATED: In this cold weather, the first floor isn't heating at all due to the gaps and holes on the doors and walls. This is the worst house experience we have ever had! Our previous house didn't have such issues. - I have been thinking for a while about writing this review. We closed our house (the two-story model 2588) on November 3rd, 2022. A whole year before that and all the time since the closing day everything has been extremely chaotic. I won't even go into the details of delays in the construction, price escalation (of $30,000) and etc. After we closed, our brand new refrigerator which we bought wasn't working and tripping the breaker off. We stayed without a proper working fridge for two weeks until Stylecraft sent in a tech to change the breaker. It turns out, there was nothing wrong with our fridge but the breaker. Then the dishwasher (which came with the house) door doesn't close and start. We contacted Stylecraft, and they told us to directly contact the manufacturer. We contacted the manufacturer and got an appointment for 15 days later! The technician comes in and tells us that the installation of it was faulty and caused the door not to latch in. He fixed it, told us that it's a brand new machine (produced in October 22). A week after that, the machine this time wouldn't stop taking water and draining. The manufacturer can't come before the Jan 10th, which means a Christmas and New Year's without a dishwasher! In addition, we haven't had our 1-month meeting and no one from Stylecraft checked in on us. I'm not even mentioning the mistakes they made in the construction and the lack of response from them. I'm extremely unhappy with this home buying process with Stylecraft and I want to tell you to stay away from them if you can at all costs.
This great little neighborhood is close to good schools and plenty of shopping and major highways.
So far the home buying process has been moving seamlessly. No delay in building as of yet due to covid
