Reviews

What customers say

Several reviewers describe positive home-buying experiences and praise staff support and attention to detail. One customer reports changes to a warranty appointment and a missed visit, and says they arranged the carpet-nail repair directly after the warranty team moved it to a later date; the same customer says a kitchen-countertop gap was replaced after discussion with a general manager. Another customer describes moving kitchen planks, inadequate attic insulation and furnace-pipe leaks, while praising the warranty representative.

The builder you can trust. If you want a builder who can make your dream house come true, daytona is the answer. From start to finish you will be taken care of. Elaine Pecson will help you through the entire process and more. As a second time daytona homes customer, we enjoyed working with daytona and are very much satisfied. Daytona makes buying a brandnew house easier and enjoyable. The quality of the house is top notch and if there are touch ups needed, there is always daytona warranty, so you can have peace of mind. Thank you daytona for a beautiful home.????

Daytona is evidently one of the best builders around, with exceptional business experience and customer relationship. The attention to details and the commitment to customer satisfaction is second to none. I say this from listening to the experiences of my friends with other builders within the same locations against my own experience with Daytona. I have come to the conclusion that while other builders mostly pursue business and closing, Daytona focuses on customer satisfaction, sticks to deadlines and compromises nothing. Nothing! I will do Daytona again and again. Thank you Elaine, Paul and everyone there for going over and beyond to make the Daytona promise our reality.

We had the pleasure of working with Daytona Homes on our brand-new home, and the experience exceeded all our expectations. From the very beginning, Daytona demonstrated exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to delivering a high-quality home. Thank you so much to Vishal for outstanding customer service and answering all our questions. Thank you so much to the site supervisor Chris for extraordinary work with AC and for paying attention to all small details. We are absolutely thrilled with our new home, and we can't thank Daytona enough for making our vision a reality. We highly recommend Daytona Homes to anyone looking to build their dream home. Their dedication, skill, and professionalism are unmatched.

I’ve attached some photos to backup my rating experience. Buying your first house is an amazing experience and rate any service within one year does not give you enough time to see all details. So here they are: - Frigidaire microwave stopped working within 8 months. It was fixed 3 times in less than 2 years. - Winter time we got water inside the intake and the foil cover froze - kitchen planks started to move away from each other. - concrete driveway got a popcorn appearance. - we were told the insulation in our attic was enough but the insulation company came and noticed that it was not enough so they filled up and left the access “door” dirty and without proper sealing. - HRV stopped working a couple of month after the warranty expires. - many of the furnace pipes are not properly installed and there are leakage of cold and hot air in my basement (something nobody would notice). The warranty person is amazing but even so, many issues have happened to a new home in a short period of time. We are very happy however I know that I’ll be the one fixing all these little/big issues.
