We moved in since 2021, and
extremely disappointed with this builder regarding my new house.
The flooring is defective:
• Loud squeaking/creaking noise every time I walk on it (especially in living room and bedrooms)
• Uneven surface in multiple areas
• Parts of the floor are lifting/buckling, creating gaps and hazards
I emailed customer service but received ZERO response or acknowledgment. No inspection, no repair, nothing.
This is unacceptable for a brand new property. Poor quality workmanship and terrible after-sales service. Buyers beware – think twice before purchasing from this developer.

We are very satisfied with our new home. Our sales agent was responsive to our questions, and we took possession of our home at the agreed upon time. The customization options were excellent and we really like our new community!

My neighbour has been having issues since they took possession of their new house. There was identified water leaks in 2 windows since the build. Signature have done some work on what they think would temporarily fix the issues. It didn’t leak for 2 seasons and then leaked again at the same 2 windows and now they are not wanting anything to do with it. Even the GM said in a recent email they would do anything to fix the issue and nothing happened and the windows continue to leak.
