Big thank you to all of the workers from receptionists to the repair workers. We had a troubled unit, and 1st Choice was able to check and see that our unit was still under warranty. They came back out and fixed. Also, came back out next day to fix another issue we were having. Appreciate you all!

From the initial call to set-up an initial service for immediate problem-solving, to discussing 'premier customer' options for us, to the prompt response and reliable service (with Tony), to the immediate feedback, to the evaluation and scheduling for the spring check-up on our HVAC, we were simply pleased and impressed. Thanks, 1st Choice Service Group Heating & Air. After 1st Choice's spring inspections and cleaning of our HVAC (in June, 2025), and today, our gas heater ,with Tony, we continue to highly recommend you for all of your heating and cooling service needs (see attached photo).

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. They helped diagnose our issue and replaced the heat exchanger quickly and professionally. The scheduling and coordination were smooth, and the estimate and final invoice were both clear, fair, and accurate. The staff scheduling and coordinating to the technician (Tony) were fantastic. They even completed the work while no one was home, which made the entire process incredibly convenient for us. Their communication, reliability, and quality of work truly stand out. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs. Great team and great service!
