We had an amazing experience with 1st Choice! They were very professional and thorough in their explanations of what the issue with our AC unit was and how to fix it. I was really impressed by their customer service and signed up for annual maintenance from them. 10/10 would recommend.
Big thank you to all of the workers from receptionists to the repair workers. We had a troubled unit, and 1st Choice was able to check and see that our unit was still under warranty. They came back out and fixed. Also, came back out next day to fix another issue we were having. Appreciate you all!
