Great experience! Requested non emergency service on my HVAC on Friday and my technician, Gavin Long was there early Monday morning (even calling to let me know exactly when he would arrive for the appointment). He was polite and efficient and quickly found my issue. I was very impressed with his expertise and demeanor. Definitely too notch service/employee in every way. Thanks Gavin and Bullman Heating and Air.
Wade Deyton was our technician for our a/c system check and he was great. He was on time, thorough, and personable. We had some questions about a capacitor that needed to be replaced and he explained things in an understandable way, including showing us the capacitor measurements. We were very happy with him as our tech and the service we receive from Bullman.
First time customer, the technician was great. He went through proper checks with the system and quickly resolved our issue. I’m not a big fan of outside call centers and prefer to speak with a local customer service person instead of a call center. Trustworthy company!!
Horrible doesn’t began to describe our experience with Bullman Heating and Air! Called them on Dec. 30, 2025 having heating problems with our mini split. They could not send anyone out until Jan.15, 2026 to do a diagnostic. We wanted to use them because they had put the units in and it was still under warranty. We endured the extreme cold for the two weeks with a small wood stove. The young techs arrived and listened to our issues then made a phone call. They opened the compressor observing it for 10 minutes. They said they tapped on the solenoid and determined we had a bad reversing valve. This was the extent of the diagnostics done. All of this is seen on our security cameras. We paid them the $149 diagnostic fee and were told someone would call us to schedule repair. We called late the next day hoping to get on their schedule. We were scheduled for Jan. 17. Tech called on 17th and said he could not fix the unit because he did not have the part. We called repeatedly the following week. We even reached out to the tech who was suppose to fix the unit on Jan. 17. He said this was his personal phone but he would relay our message to the office. Finally Stephanie reached out on Jan. 28, 2026 sending us an estimate (dated Jan.19) and asking for half payment to order part and schedule the repair. We paid and were scheduled for Feb. 12. We informed them that we were on a tight time schedule as we needed to return to our home state for doctor appointments. The tech who came out on Feb. 12 was very competent and professional. He did a full diagnostic test to include pressure, temperature and coil ohms. He tells us he doesn’t think the issue is with the reversing valve but is a bad solenoid. He says he will go back to office and get the part and be back same afternoon. He told us it is a 10 minute switch out.We called the office several hours later and were told they would check into it. Danielle called us back saying they had the part and the tech would be coming back out to repair the unit the same day. My husband said great and then asked how the bill would be adjusted since the second diagnostic actually tested the equipment and the repair time involved was going to be minimal as compared to the first. She said the bill would be reviewed and adjusted as necessary. We were thrilled. Shortly thereafter Danielle calls and said they don’t have the part and will have to order it. Mind you we have been without heat from our units since Dec. 30. We reminded Danielle that we are from a different state and have to return home. We told her we can’t wait any longer so cancel all repairs and refund our money! This ordeal which began on Dec. 30, 2025 ended very unsatisfactory on Feb. 12, 2026. We still are without heat. Numerous times we asked to speak to the service manger. We were told he would call us back. We are still waiting for his call! It is yet to be seen if our money is refunded or if we will have to dispute the payment. I will update review when refund is processedUPDATE:Bullman refunded all our money and apologized.
I called Bullman Heating & Air on Saturday January 24, 2026. This was an after hours weekend and I needed my heating unit looked at as it was not operating. The weather forecast was for bitter cold and ice and snow. The person who took my call was extremely helpful and nice. She took all of my information down and arranged for a technician to come in the next few hours. Nathan arrived sooner than expected and was quickly and professionally able to resolve my issue. I am so impressed and thankful for how my need for service was so quickly met. I would highly recommend Bullman for the quality of care and service I received. I am very grateful for them.
