I have been on a mission to decode the puzzle of our HVAC system for nearly 7 years. We've used several local companies over that period with no success. It was constantly running, even during the winter months and was getting increasingly louder (indoors and outdoors) as time went on. Finally, I decided to call around for help. Many companies didn't return my call or were no shows. Then a neighbor recommended Quality Comfort Heating and Cooling. I was able to get an appointment right away with up front pricing. The office called me to confirm the appointment and Oleg arrived exactly as scheduled. From beginning to end, the process was seamless and professional. Not only did Oleg troubleshoot the problem until he discovered the solution, but he did it with a calmness and dedication that I rarely get to witness. After all these years, my house is now quiet! The system barely makes a whisper and the outside unit is purring like it's zero days old. My nervous system can finally relax and be comfortable in my own home -just in time for summer. Our A/C went out late on a Friday afternoon. The regular emergency tech was on another call and wasn't available. Dispatch started calling other techs and found one that agreed to do a service call. Thank goodness! My wife and I are elderly and wouldn't have fared well in a hot house. The service technician found and fixed.the problem. I will be forever grateful for Quality Comfort's excellent response and wouldn't consider anyone else. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
