I have been on a mission to decode the puzzle of our HVAC system for nearly 7 years. We've used several local companies over that period with no success. Our A/C went out late on a Friday afternoon. The regular emergency tech was on another call and wasn't available. Dispatch started calling other techs and found one that agreed to do a service call. Thank goodness! My wife and I are elderly and wouldn't have fared well in a hot house. The service technician found and fixed.the problem. I will be forever grateful for Quality Comfort's excellent response and wouldn't consider anyone else. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
