Justin was our service technician, very professional, knowledgeable and 10/10 customer service. He explained everything he did in detail, what the issues were and step by step how he was going to fix it. Within 1 hour, everything was running great! The team took the time to understand our needs, walked us through the options clearly, and provided a superior product at a very competitive price. Their attention to detail was evident from start to finish — from the initial quote to the final installation.

The installation itself was true “red-carpet” service. The crew treated our home with care, ensuring no damage to our new hardwood floors. The work was clean, precise, and completed exactly as promised.

They also followed up after the installation to make sure everything was working properly, which was much appreciated.
