Darren was incredible. Friendly, efficient, and fair. He was up front on pricing and went above and beyond to get the job done. Really appreciate the transparency through the process as it was first time dealing with furnace issues. Have recommended to all of my friends and family in the Barrie area if they ever need someone to call Darren first.

Our furnace failed Wednesday morning and Barrie Furnace Repair responded immediately — Darren was here by 11 a.m. The very next day he returned with Jonathan and they had the new furnace installed smoothly and efficiently. Both were professional, tidy, and respectful of our home — they cleaned up everything and made the whole process stress-free. Excellent service, great communication, and truly wonderful people to deal with. Highly recommend!

Darren is simply the best. We’ve used his services for both our AC and furnace and he’s always been quick to respond, attentive, friendly and fair to deal with. Mostly recently our furnace stopped working and he was able to show up in 1/2 hour at 7pm. This type of service is beyond expectations! Thank you Darren for getting us up and running again.
