Nov 25, 2024 - Dave from Climate Air provided exceptional service when diagnosing our gas issue. After a Lakeside Gas technician incorrectly identified a furnace leak and shut off our home's gas, Dave quickly determined there was no furnace issue - the problem was actually with our gas dryer. He restored our gas service, thoroughly tested all systems, and took time to explain the features of our furnace, gas fireplace and water heater.Dave's knowledge, clear communication, and thoroughness were impressive. His expertise gave us complete peace of mind about our home's safety. Thank you Dave!Feb 20, 2024 - Yesterday morning, after contacting Enbridge regarding a skunk-like odour in our home, their technician arrived and uncovered three gas leaks.I reached out to Climate Air, the company responsible for installing our furnace, and Chris arrived at our home after 1 p.m. During his inspection, Chris identified additional leaks, dedicating over four hours of his time on Family Day. He repaired all the leaks and replaced the faulty furnace valve.Chris's amiable demeanor, coupled with his expertise, left my daughter and me feeling reassured about our safety. He took the time to show me the precise locations of the leaks and provided an explanation of the gas line and furnace system's functionality. I wholeheartedly endorse Chris for his professionalism, kindness, and expertise.
