Georgian Home Comfort was fantastic from start to finish. Our furnace went down unexpectedly, and they handled everything quickly and professionally. Jonathon, Corey, and Adam were the technicians who came out, and they were knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful of our home. They took the time to explain the work, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. The installation was clean. Huge thanks to Georgian Home Comfort! Dad's furness was inspected by Eric who found it wasn't safe for use (thanks for keeping us safe, Eric!). The same day, Randy visited and discussed replacement options. The following day, Paul connected to relay he had moved aome work around to prioritize instalation. Today (just 2 days after the old furness was red tagged), Jessie arrived to install the new unit. Mere hours later, we have heat! Can't say enough about the honest, quality service we received from everyone we worked with at Georgian Home Comfort!

I had an excellent experience with Georgian Home Comfort from start to finish. Their sales team (Jim) was great to work with, and I really appreciated them coming out on a Sunday to get everything started.

The installation on Tuesday by Corey and Adam was outstanding. They were neat, tidy, well-organized, and did an excellent job with the install. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, providing lots of helpful post-installation information.

Overall, fantastic service and professionalism. I would highly recommend Georgian Home Comfort.

Jon, Adam, and Cory (Corey) were great installing our furnace, ac unit, and the HRV system. They came in cleaned up all the ducting downstairs, went the extra mile with making sure things were in good order in and out, and were very prompt on a call when we were having some issues with the furnace. It’s been about a month and our furnace is working great! The HRV system removed the musty smell when we first bought the home in a day and still feels great walking into a fresh house smell. Thank you guys. Always great working with Georgian home comfort.

It took us a few years to decide but we finally did it. We bought a 1.5 ton half split unit from Georgian Home Comfort. Our sales rep name was Guy and he came and walked us through the benefits of having a Lennox unit and drew up proposed plans where it would go on the house. We then paid a nominal deposit and the unit was ordered.
On our scheduled installation date, a large white truck pulled into our driveway and Corey and Adam arrived with our unit. We walked both gentlemen through the house so they could begin to work. Cory came up with an improved proposal to minimize exterior piping and create a cleaner install and walked us through it for our approval before proceeding. During this time, Adam was carefully laying out sheets to protect our floors and carpets.
The installation process took several hours on one of the hottest days of the summer but they got the job done without interruption. Sometimes they would obtain our input during installation process to ensure our complete satisfaction if options presented themselves. When they were finished, Cory walked us through some practical advice regarding getting started using our new unit before they left. We were impressed how quiet the unit was and how quickly the room cooled down. Cory and Adam did a great job! Thank you!
