I cannot say enough good things about Simcoe Muskoka Home Comfort.

When our furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days in February, I made one call to Dan and he answered immediately. Within hours, he had someone out the same day to assess and quote the replacement. By the next day, we had a brand-new furnace installed and our heat fully restored. That kind of response time is rare in the HVAC industry. Even though many companies promise 24/7 service when you sign on the dotted line, that level of urgency often changes when you actually need them. With SMHC, I knew it wouldn’t.

From the very first touchpoint, the process was seamless. The CSR team reached out promptly to schedule Brad. Communication was clear and thorough, he went over absolutely everything with me and even noticed something off about my water tank (thank you, Brad!). The installation team was professional, efficient, and respectful of our home. They were also very quiet, which I appreciated while working from home. Everything was completed on time, cleanly, and exactly as promised.

I personally worked in HVAC for years and previously worked for SMHC, as well as a few other HVAC companies in Simcoe County, as an installation coordinator because of that experience, I knew without hesitation that SMHC would install our furnace correctly the first time, with no callbacks and no shortcuts. Even though they were not the last HVAC company I worked for, they were the one I trusted with my own home.
