Flue pipe and return air ducts replacement was performed. Two efficient technicians have done a very good job in a timely manner. I definitely would keep them in mind for future needs.

A technician by the name of JERRY has outstanding customer service and without a doubt takes pride in his work. Jerry was very informative and has a great personality. He educated me on so many different areas regarding how the furnace works. Also Heather the Office Manager has Great Customer Service and was very informative. Not a leave a review kinda guy, but our techs deserve a shoutout. Wyatt and Michael came out for a complete replacement of our system. Felt more like family doing the work than a company. Felt 100% comfortable with them coming and going in the house and even left them here for a couple hours. The work was completed perfectly with no issues and completed very quickly.
We have had two great experiences with Fairview Heating & AC! We highly recommend them.We needed service in August 2024. The first company we called insisted that we needed a whole new system. When we resisted they came up with new ideas. We didn't trust them. Then we called Fairview and they came out quickly and fixed the problem for a reasonable price.A week ago our AC stopped cooling, and Jerry came out as soon as possible and fixed the problem, again for a reasonable price. He chatted with me about maintenance - we are good about changing the filters, but he suggested buying cheaper filters and changing them more often. I will give that a try!We know our system is old and will need to be replaced at some point, and we will definitely use Fairview when that time comes!
