Brent and his men did a fantastic job on our new heat pump and furnace install. They completed the project in a timely manner, and left the job site clean and tidy. Also, he made the rebate application a breeze as he did all of the legwork and documentation. Such a pleasure to work with!
We’ve had our furnace serviced with Class A in the past and been pleased. Today we had trouble with the furnace not igniting and Priya helpfully transferred us to a technician, Brent, who talked us through solving the problem over the phone. Saved us the cost of a diagnostic appointment and a cold house over the long weekend. Great service.
