We’ve had our furnace serviced with Class A in the past and been pleased. Today we had trouble with the furnace not igniting and Priya helpfully transferred us to a technician, Brent, who talked us through solving the problem over the phone. Saved us the cost of a diagnostic appointment and a cold house over the long weekend. Great service.
