I've been a residential customer with Meer Mechanical for about 18 years.I am on a service program where they service my furnace, heat pump and fireplaces twice yearly and everytime they send someone, thay are on-time and professional. Especially, but not limited to Aiden and Victor.This year I needed to replace my heat pump and hot water tank and decided to stick with Meer. Man am I ever glad I did!The installers were amazing, and did a great job. Initially, I had a couple of minor issues with the heat pump, and a simple call to Meer rectified the issues satisfactorily.Every call I made was answered by Chloe, and what a great "front desk" ambassador she is!Chloe exudes a sense of wanting to help, and made me feel like I was as important to Meer Mechanical as any commercial client.Thanks Meer, Chloe, Aiden and Victor, as well as the service people who's names I have forgotten.Keep up the great customer service and product knowledge.Once again, Meer came through for me. My eighteen year old furnace was acting up, and after numerous service calls, Jared was able to troubleshoot the complicated problem. He just wouldn't give up!Chloe was amazing as usual, and due to my existing service plan, I only had to pay for parts. Peace of mind and true value in service.Thanks again Meer!
I have not had work done with Meer, but I've had several email interactions with them with fast, polite and helpful responses. From my interactions so far, I'm very pleased.
Meer very poor and never respond to phone inquiries. This is second time I have called to talk about HVAC stuff for our home staff said they are too busy and will call back by end of day , still waiting for call back .Meer installed our system in new build 2 years ago perhaps that is their business model ( install and move on to someone else ) .Everyone be careful check others out our experience was not good .Well thought I would give Meer Mechanical another chance . Owner called and explained and apologized for the poor service so I thought this is a one of give them another chance . That was a mistake front office staff did there job ,got service guy to call which he did quickly now a week later still trying to get A/C problem addressed . We told them our schedule and would try and work around to no avail. Two year old A/C unit having problems still not functioning. I guess throw up your hands and say O well . Amazing “not in good way “ business model.
I would like to resubmit a revised review regarding the servicing of my furnace. Meer Mechanical has rectified the issue. They sent 2 service technicians over 2 days to see if they could locate the problem and fix it. They did! On time, quality workmanship and the customer service was excellent. Both technicians took the time to explain what the issue was, also, a quick lesson on the furnace installed which is high efficiency, therefore, it would operate somewhat differently than the previous one. Again, very happy with the outcome, job well done. Thank you Meer Mechanical.
Where to begin, this company was very easy to work with. They seem to have a very good team in place that is knowledgeable and professional. We purchased a AC/install threw Meer Mechanical and the whole experience was stress free. From the moment Kim came by for the quote till literally 3 hours ago when the tech finished, everything was smooth and easy. The tech was very professional, clean and went well above and beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family and to anyone needing service for gas and HVAC needs . Ask for Kim he'll take care of ya! Thanks again ??????
