The installation crew was absolutely 5 stars, Top Notch, A team. 3 guys, (Thank YOU Jimmy, Nick & Justin!) 11 hours and they did a beautiful job installing a heating and hvac system in a very challenging spot in our rental unit. The front office staff is also very professional and accommodating. I needed to get on the schedule asap, and they scheduled me very quickly. Lastly, and in my opinion, most importantly, when I had an issue and questions, they addressed them immediately, completely, and exceeded my expectations. (Thank you to Joey & Ashley!) I would not hesitate to recommend Buric to anyone needing a concierge level of service for a very fair price. They've also serviced the unit in our primary home (not installed by them) and they did a great job. At a time when small businesses are really needing to watch their margins, Buric is doing what it takes to keep my business.

I highly recommend Buric Heating and Air Conditioning. They fully replaced my 20-year-old system within three days of its failure.

The representative who explained my options, Clyde, was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. The installation team—led by Lloyd and supported by Kalil, Nick, and Paul—was friendly, professional, protected my property, and completely cleaned up after themselves. While I did not get comparison quotes, my 15 years of experience as a general contractor gives me confidence that the price was fair market value. Buric clearly trains their staff well, expects high-quality performance, and values excellent customer service.

On a separate note, I want to personally commend Lloyd. My furnace room is located close to my living area, so I overheard Lloyd interacting with his team. One of the members was new, and Lloyd provided a continuous, helpful commentary about the installation process and its unique aspects. He treated all team members with respect, which is a wonderful contrast to the poor management styles unfortunately common in the construction trade. He is a highly valuable member of the Buric team.

Buric was our third estimate to replace our 22 year old HVAC unit, and the third time was the charm. Out of all estimates, Buric was the most thorough. Joey made sure that we chose the right system for our home, performed the J Load calculation test (The ONLY company out of 3 who did that), and spent time with us to ensure that our questions and concerns were answered. At the end of the estimate appointment, we felt that we were in good hands. Just a day after the visit, Lloyd and his crew performed install of our HVAC. The installation was seamless and the crew even finished the job before the. initially stated time. We were explained how our new system works the tests were done, and the Buric office personally followed up with us to make sure the unit is working properly and to provide all the necessary materials the day after install. We are very satisfied with Buric and would recommend this family owned friendly company over the big corporations to anyone who needs HVAC work. Thank you, Buric!

Danielle (very knowledgeable and great communicator) explained the process, the price was great, she gave me excellent tips for maintaining my Hpump going forward. I had never heard of Buric but they are my go to company going forward. PS I had another co come by but their price was 30% higher, they told me things that were not true to push the extended warranty program AND I found out they pay customers to write good reviews, which means their reviews are not accurate. Buric did not push or pay me to write this, these reviews are genuine.

We came to Buric for maintenance a couple of years ago, when our heat pump broke in August. Joey came out and fixed our heat pump. Their repair price was appropriate to the situation, and their deal on a maintenance contract price was a much better value than our previous provider had offered. And their service was good.

Last month we hit the point of needing to replace a 24-year-old heat pump. Buric gave us a fair price for a high-efficiency system, and had good-terms financing available as well. Joey was good to work with to make the deal. Our installers were Lloyd, Dustin, and Greg. They clearly took pride in the job they were doing. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous. We are absolutely satisfied with the job they did, and would definitely recommend Buric to any our our neighbors in need of an HVAC company. Of course, we've seen Buric vans at many of our neighbors' houses...

Having my new air conditioner and furnace installed by Buric was a great experience. It started with the estimate. Of all the estimates I got, Joey, the estimator for Buric, was the only one to actually do a full measurement of my home to ensure that I got the proper size system instead of just installing a system the same size as my old one. Joey's detailed system design included a lot of safety and longevity items that weren't in the other proposals at a very reasonable price. On the day of the install, Lloyd and the crew were thoroughly professional. The new system is beautifully installed and works great. I'm looking forward to many years of having Buric maintain my new system!

He found the problem, gave a quote for labor to repair & confirmed the parts warranty and timeframe. I’m pleased! Buric installed new furnace and ac about 6yrs ago and we were very happy with the entire experience plus reasonable pricing.
