Chris texts with us and is easy to work with, shoots ya straight! He has provided advice before without even having an open job and even responds on off hours sometimes. He’s helped us replace air/heat, thermostat, fix our gas fireplace, etc! Would certainly recommend to others!
Complete install on a new construction. Has been nothing but excuses and delays since March. At first they blamed it on having to rework some duct work and wait for it to be built. That duct work was delivered and they still took forever to show up for the rough ins, delaying all the other subcontractors rough ins. Now it is November and still waiting on them to show up and finish the job. Blaming it on parts being back ordered. They have known since March the parts they needed, now our closing is at risk of being delayed due to them not completing the job timely.
