We replaced our AC and coil with Peter’s. From the very start, Jeff provided an expert and quick quote $3000 less than the local competitors. The install team came out that very week and completed the install of not just a new unit, but also a whole home humidifier, smart thermostat, and even fixed a vent cover in my house. Highly recommend them!! We were in need of quick and fast service after our AC and heating broke. This happened right around when the temps outside were 10 degrees. Called and they worked with us to get us an appointment for a new system within a few days. The team who completed the work were very friendly and professional. They even made sure I knew how to replace the filter and check for issues before they finished the work. Thanks for making a Christmas miracle happen!!!
Fabulous! Stupendous! Excellent! I just can’t say enough good things about the service my wife and I received! I set up a time and date with Jeff to come to my house to give me a bid on installing new duct lines through my basement. He called before coming and was on time. He was very patient, courteous, and thorough. A few days later he sent me a bid for the duct work, and just in case I needed it …. A bid for the whole unit and ducts. My wife couldn’t be there that day and she had some questions. He came back out and answered all of her questions and concerns. He was VERY polite and patient with her as well. We decided to have the whole unit and ducts replaced. He came the first day and introduced his crew to my wife and they were equally as nice, thorough, and polite. All of the crew had an excellent work ethic and completed the job in 2 days. They went above and beyond what they bid to do also. At the end of the job I went down stairs to check out their handiwork and there was a pile of loose change and other items that they had found inside the old ductwork. I’m telling you they really impressed this old man! AND they were $3000 less than the other bids I had received!!! Great job!!!!
