Just had Mark out to inspect our wood stove. Hoped for a passing inspection, but unfortunately our chimney was damaged from a tree branch. He offered a reasonable solution, then when that didn’t work, he offered another reasonable solution. Not what I wanted to hear, but Mark was honest and gave me multiple good options. I would recommend him and The Fireplace Store to anyone who wants a good, thorough inspection.
They have done a great job installing and maintaining our gas fireplace logs. They are very quick to respond very professional and very clean, which is important dealing with fireplaces.
STAR Heating and Cooling serviced our gas fireplace. They were on time, communicated well, and improved the performance of our fireplace.
Service call was excellent. Eric identified gas fireplace issue was a faulty wall switch, he then cleaned out fireplace thoroughly and showed me how to alternately start gas fireplace until switch is replaced.
First time customer. Called after hours and chatted with Scott over the phone. He was very helpful and answered my questions and checked the furnace . Luckily, it was an easy fix so he didn’t charge me the emergency fee, which is so nice. Definitely, will be using Star Heating and Cooling again.
