Monteros Air was able to send a technician out the day after I called. Luckily for me, I only had a blown start-up capacitor, so it was a quick, easy fix. My technician Alex was friendly, efficient, and well-spoken. He used his multimeter to show me the difference in functionality between the new and old capacitors and pointed out the physical differences between them. I felt very confident in his knowledge and performance, and 45 minutes later my AC was working fine again.
Really appreciated the friendly and professional service. They were right on time and found a solution quickly at a very reasonable cost. we were thinking we might need new air conditioning and were pleasantly surprised not only that we didn’t but that we weren’t pressured in that direction. Michelle in the office was really efficient in sending texts and updates and Claudio was very helpful. He had the part in his truck even for our older air conditioner so we didn’t have to wait.
