Had a problem with my furnace , Modern Home Energy was referred to me by a friend and now im referring them to everyone who's reading this..Jim and his guys came within an hour .. explained to me what the issue was and spotted a few other issues and how they would fix them..Communication and professionalism was excellent work was also and the price was fair...I will be using them again in the future if I have to.. I highly recommend them!

I called Jim for a no heat in one of my rental houses. Jim was there in 1/2 hour & diagnosed the issue. He gave me 3 options to resolve the problem. He had put temporary heat in the house until I decided what I wanted to do that day. After I called & told him which route I wanted to go, he was there the next morning with a new furnace & had it installed later that day. I highly recommend him & his crew for any issues concerning HVAC they were quick, clean & reliable.Thank you so much!.
