?I recently had Summit Heating, Cooling & Plumbing out for a maintenance visit, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Dom and Tarra. ?From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. They didn't just breeze through the inspection; they took the time to explain what they were looking at and identified a few parts that were wearing out. ?Here is why they earned 5 stars: ?Expertise: They clearly know their stuff and handled the part replacements quickly and efficiently. ?Transparency: They showed me exactly why the parts needed replacing before doing the work. ?Cleanliness: They were very respectful of my home and left the workspace spotless. ?Communication: Both Dom and Tarra were friendly and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. ?It’s a huge relief knowing my HVAC system is in peak condition for the season. If you’re in Kansas and need reliable service, definitely ask for Dom and Tarra at Summit!

Great experience. Jose stopped by about 8PM on Tuesday. He examined the equipment and shot me straight. Provided an option to fix the issue and reached out to a coworker to walk me through the purchase of a new unit. Chris stopped by the next morning and was thorough while explaining the entire process. We made plans to have a new system installed two days from committing to purchase. Wednesday evening I received a text saying they can install the next morning. Man....I wish I could remember the name of the 3 guys that installed everything.....they were excellent. Took about 9 hours and I don't think they stopped working the entire time. Made sure I was completely satisfied prior to packing up all of their equipment. Not trying to tell the owner of this company how to feel, but please be proud of your employees (I'm sure you are). They made you and your company look fantastic. Pretty good team you have there. Again, a great experience.

Ok, I called out to Summit and got Jim. He was AWESOME. I know nothing about my furnace and all I could tell him was that it didnt work. He sent someone out and got things going so quick! Long story short. Jim is amazing and Summit is dependable and down to earth with their clients. Thanks guys!

Working with Summit Heating and Cooling is always a pleasure with outstanding customer service. Recently we an issue and Jim handled everything seamlessly. I know I don’t have to worry about getting service for AC or furnace when something happens bc Summit Heating and Cooling is a phone call away and very reliable. Thank you Jim :-)
